Acceptance of these terms
By using the gospsv.ie website, you agree to these draft Terms of Use. These terms are a starting point for GoSPSV's website and app and are expected to change before this website is published and before the GoSPSV app is released.
About the service
GoSPSV is an independent study resource intended to help aspiring SPSV drivers prepare for the SPSV Driver Entry Test. The initial launch focuses on Dublin Area Knowledge; additional counties may be added in the future, without a promised date. The current website does not include the GoSPSV question bank, a live app, or any purchase flow.
No guarantee of exam results
GoSPSV is a study and preparation resource. It does not guarantee that any user will pass the SPSV Driver Entry Test, and makes no claim to provide official exam questions.
Independence notice
GoSPSV is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Transport Authority (NTA), and does not represent the NTA or supply official examination content.
Accounts and the app
Once the GoSPSV Android app is available, additional terms covering accounts, acceptable use of the app, and any subscription mechanics will apply and will be published here and/or in the app before launch. App release date: [to be confirmed]. Google Play listing: [to be confirmed].
Pricing and payment
Final pricing for GoSPSV has not yet been set and is not published on this website. Pricing, currency, billing frequency, payment processor [to be confirmed] and any refund or cancellation rules [to be confirmed] will be added here before any paid feature is offered.
Intellectual property
The GoSPSV name, logo and study materials are the property of GoSPSV ([legal business name to be confirmed]) or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from GoSPSV's content, branding or (once released) question content without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to extract, scrape or republish GoSPSV's study content or question material.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSPSV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. A full limitation-of-liability clause, appropriate to Irish law, will be finalised with legal input before this website is published: [final liability clause to be confirmed with legal advice].
